Refund policy

We allow our customers to return their first purchase of any Defunkify product within 30 days of receiving the product. To start a return, simply send an email to info@defunkify.com, and we will be sure to make things right. You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days.

Please know that replenishment subscription orders can only be postponed or cancelled free of charge 72-hours before the ship date. Additionally, replenishment subscription orders that have been delivered can only be refunded if the product arrives damaged.
