Subscriptions
How can I add products to my subscription?
In order to add products to your subscription, please follow the steps below:
1) Log into your subscription by going here.
*Make sure you've already created an account here.
2) Once you're logged into your account, select 'Manage My Subscription.'
3) Go to product bar at top of screen and select product you wish to add to your upcoming subscription.
4) Choose 'Add to upcoming subscription and receive 10% off.'
*Products can only be added to the next upcoming subscription.
How can I make changes/cancel my subscription?
I can't login to my subscription. Help!
In order to login to your subscription, you must first create an account. Create an account here.
*Purchasing a subscription does not automatically create an account. You must do so by following the link above.
Do I get free shipping with my subscription?

How do I return my subscription?
Returns/refunds are issued to first-time purchases only. Please reach out to info@defunkify.com for further assistance with your refund.
If you've received a follow-up subscription and have since changed you mind, we recommend logging into your account to manage your future shipments.
Returns & Refunds
What is Defunkifyās return and refund policy?
We allow our customers to return theirĀ first purchaseĀ of any Defunkify product within 60 days of receiving the product.
To start a return, simply send an email toĀ info@defunkify.com, and we will be sure to make things right. You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days.
Please know that replenishment subscription orders can only be postponed or cancelled free of charge 72-hours before the ship date. Additionally, replenishment subscription orders that have been shipped out can only be refunded if the product arrives damaged.
Shipping
Shipping Policy
We ship our packages using USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground, or Fedex ground postage and can expect to receive your package in 5-7 business days.
Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package to your door.Ā
Due to the cost of shipping, Defunkify no longer ships to PO Boxes.
Rewards Program
How do I redeem my rewards?
In order to redeem your rewards you must do the following:
Redeem your points by logging in here. You will then receive a discount code which can be applied at checkout (for non-subscription purchases only).
If you'd like to apply your points to your subscription, message our team at info@defunkify.com and provide your discount code.
Sensitive Skin
Are Defunkify products safe for sensitive skin?
Defunkify products are an excellent choice for people with sensitive skin because we never use skin irritants such as synthetic fragrances, perfumes, dyes, chlorine, quats or SLS/SLES.
Safe For ALL Fabrics
What can I wash with Defunkify laundry detergents?
Defunkify laundry detergents (and odor sprays) are safe for all fabrics. This includes GORE-TEX, wool, down, silk, etc.
*We recommend following the directions on your delicates when laundering.
Is Defunkify detergent safe for cloth diapers?
Yes, Defunkify detergents are hard on odor but gentle on fabrics. The ingredients used in all Defunkify products are kid-safe.
