In order to add products to your subscription, please follow the steps below:

1) Log into your subscription by going here.

*Make sure you've already created an account here.

2) Once you're logged into your account, select 'Manage My Subscription.'

3) Go to product bar at top of screen and select product you wish to add to your upcoming subscription.

4) Choose 'Add to upcoming subscription and receive 10% off.'

*Products can only be added to the next upcoming subscription.

Making changes to your subscription in order to change your shipment date, skip a shipment or cancel a subscription is easy!

Returns/refunds are issued to first-time purchases only. Please reach out to info@defunkify.com for further assistance with your refund.

If you've received a follow-up subscription and have since changed you mind, we recommend logging into your account to manage your future shipments.

We allow our customers to return their first purchase of any Defunkify product within 60 days of receiving the product.

To start a return, simply send an email to info@defunkify.com, and we will be sure to make things right. You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days.

Please know that replenishment subscription orders can only be postponed or cancelled free of charge 72-hours before the ship date. Additionally, replenishment subscription orders that have been shipped out can only be refunded if the product arrives damaged.

We ship our packages using USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground, or Fedex ground postage and can expect to receive your package in 5-7 business days.

Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package to your door.

Defunkify products are an excellent choice for people with sensitive skin because we never use skin irritants such as synthetic fragrances, perfumes, dyes, chlorine, quats or SLS/SLES.

Defunkify laundry detergents (and odor sprays) are safe for all fabrics. This includes GORE-TEX, wool, down, silk, etc.

*We recommend following the directions on your delicates when laundering.

Yes, Defunkify detergents are hard on odor but gentle on fabrics. The ingredients used in all Defunkify products are kid-safe.

Defunkify products are exclusively scented with pure essential oils. We never use fake scents such as synthetic fragrances or perfumes. We also offer EWG Verified Free & Clear detergents and sprays.

Yes. All Defunkify products are safe for septic systems.

The pH of the laundry water will be high (~9); another issue is that it would contribute some sodium to the soil which most plants do not appreciate in large quantities (it can build up over time). Coconut trees would probably fare well, and salt bushes and other salt tolerant plants. IF the soil was acidic to begin with, then raising the pH with laundry greywater might even help.

It would be ideal if the greywater could be held and maybe even aerated, and pH adjusted in a holding tank before using to water the garden.

It would be best not to use long term without careful management.
