Safe For ALL Fabrics
What can I wash with Defunkify laundry detergents?
Defunkify laundry detergents (and odor sprays) are safe for all fabrics. This includes GORE-TEX, wool, down, silk, etc.
*We recommend following the directions on your delicates when laundering.
Is Defunkify detergent safe for cloth diapers?
Yes, Defunkify detergents are hard on odor but gentle on fabrics. The ingredients used in all Defunkify products are kid-safe.

Returns & Refunds
What is Defunkify’s return and refund policy?
We allow returns for lost, stolen, or damaged items. To start a qualified return, simply send an email to info@defunkify.com, and we will be sure to make things right. You can expect your return to be processed within 10 business days.
Please know that replenishment subscription orders can only be postponed or cancelled free of charge 7 days before the ship date. This is how we are able to afford the discount.
Shipping
Shipping Policy
You will be given updated shipping options, including shipping insurance, at checkout. We endeavor to make it as cost effective as possible. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package to your door.

Are Defunkify products safe for sensitive skin?
Defunkify products are an excellent choice for people with sensitive skin. Our free & clear product line is FREE of synthetic fragrances, phosphates, chlorine, dyes, optical brighteners, and many other harmful ingredients commonly used in cleaning products.
